Drive down the Draa Valley, visit Tamegroute's Koranic library and potteries, ride a camel at M'Hamid and watch the sunset from the dunes before a night at a comfortable nomad camp. Return by the dry Lake Iriqui, Foum Zguid and the carpet cooperative of Taznakht: a full loop with no backtracking.

Itinerary
- Day 1: Ouarzazate – Agdz – Zagora – M'Hamid – Erg Chigaga8:00 departure over the Tizi n'Tifntit pass (1,760 m) to Agdz and its panorama over the Draa Valley. Stops in Tamegroute for the Koranic library, underground kasbah and potteries, then lunch in M'Hamid and a camel ride at the gates of the desert. In the afternoon the 4x4 takes you to Erg Chigaga for sunset, with an optional stop at the sacred oasis. Campfire, music and night at a comfort camp beneath the dunes.
- Day 2: Erg Chigaga – Lake Iriqui – Foum Zguid – Taznakht – OuarzazateAfter breakfast, cross the erg and the dry bed of the Draa to Lake Iriqui and Foum Zguid. Continue to Taznakht, Morocco's carpet capital, for a visit to a weaving cooperative. Lunch on the way and arrival in Ouarzazate in the late afternoon.
